The excellent tricks and methods of cramming a major portion of Chemistry taught by Sanjay Pandita Sir made me into IIT-JEE with a very good rank.

There are always some events or some personalities who leave an indelible mark on one's mind in the early days. When I was a student, Sir Sanjay Pandita - my teacher of Chemistry left memorable impression on my mind. He taught me. He was a teacher in the real sense of the term. He was generous, kind hearted, had a fine sense of humour and above all had human touch too. Apart from being a wonderful personality who could mix up with students freely and with genuine concern for everybody, he restrained my verbosity and taught me how to express more clearly and lucidly. For him thoughts were only as good as one could express with clarity and precision without being superfluous.

There was never an occasion when any student had any complaint or grudge against him. In fact most of the times students could ask him about a lot of grey areas lurking in mind regarding other courses, he was actually not teaching. And he would explain the concepts with stunning clarity and simplicity.
It was his uncanny sense of recognizing the inner reservoir of student's which made him a likeable teacher. It is only this sense of insight of naturally and spontaneously associating with people or those around, which has helped me being true to my profession. Indeed Sanjay Pandita Sir still remains an ideal teacher in my memory, and to a very large extent he has been instrumental in moulding my career.

If there is one person who has left an indelible impression on me it's my teacher Mr. Sanjay Pandita who was my class teacher for two successive years. One moment he can be tough and stern, another moment caring and compassionate with a lovely smile on his face. He always encouraged us to tell the truth. For instance, if you have not done the homework, you need not lie. He allows for mistakes - saying, you can't be perfect all the time. But you should strive for it. Another thing he taught me early on was punctuality. The best thing about him is he teaches by examples. He would always be on time. We students would try our best to be on time just to be noticed by him. He would surprise us with his sense of humour. His classroom teaching is always peppered with humour. Outside, he would talk to you, crack jokes, and generally have fun. You really feel free to ask questions and Mr. Pandita would give the answers. If he did not know - there have been some such occasions - he would say so. We all then try to find out the answers. Whoever came up with the answer is appreciated and given the due credit. Now I sometimes wonder whether Mr. Pandita was pretending just to encourage us to explore and find answers.

Dear Sir, You have been the best Chemistry teacher I have met in my last 2 years of college life. Being with you for a very short time we have learnt a lot of things from you. Had you been teaching us from the start of 12th we would have done better than what we have done now. But I am happy that we all are now confident to do well at CET Exam as you made the subject very lucid and easy. You had been like a good friend and a great Mentor.
All the Best Wishes for your future life.
